ENCOUNTER CAMP 2026
YOUTH CAMP!! Our 8th annual Summer Youth Camp is held in Eugene, Oregon and hosted by Harvest Church International. It is for Middle and High School aged students (6th-12th grade), who want to get closer to God while having a ton of fun! It is a great experience that your youth will never forget. With show-stopping games, great food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and time to spend with God and friends, this a guaranteed life-changing experience!

The registration fee per youth is $349.99 and includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, every night at the hotel, activities, & Encounter T-shirt

We want to keep your kids safe just as much as you do. For this reason, all volunteers and leaders are background checked. As parents, we understand that your priority is to keep your kids safe, and we plan to do just that.
Our pastor's wife, Mrs. Kaaryn, is a youth camp veteran. As a parent of 3 and long-time youth leader, she knows what it takes to keep kids safe. This is her 8th year going to camp. She will be the one driving the van and in charge of our whole group, volunteers and youth. If there is ever an issue, she will contact you immediately.
There is a nurse on site at camp at all times.

What Can I Expect?
Youth Camp is one of the best times of the year, but you know what makes it the best? Spending time with God and friends!
You can expect a week full of fun including: gross games, water games, volleyball, and water slides! You can also expect great food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) made by volunteers who love you and who will never let you go hungry! And you will make new friends that you won’t want to leave! Most of all you can expect to experience God in a real way. You need to have a relationship with Jesus! He loves you so much and wants relationship with you. You can start your relationship with Him right away and get a boost at youth camp!
When we arrive, you will be placed onto a “team” (yes, you can be with a friend). You and your team will compete in various games and tournaments throughout the week, earning points to hopefully…. take home first prize! You will also be assigned to a room (girls-only rooms and boys-only rooms) where you will sleep with your teammates and your counselors each night.
Amenities in rooms include: showers, bathrooms, and beds.

We believe that every youth should have the opportunity to go to camp, for that reason we have fundraised excess funds to help cover the camp fee. If you or your youth is in need of financial aid to go to camp please contact us by clicking here or on the button down below.

We will leave from PacBibleChurch, Monday, August 10th at 9:00am for Harvest Church International in Eugene, Oregon. We ask that all youth arrive by 8:30am so that we can do a lice-check and load up your bags into the van. We will arrive back at PacBibleChurch on Friday, August 14th. Arrival time is still TBD.
